So! It's been forever, but I've decided to try and update things here again. It's probably gonna be fairly slow process but over the next week or so I'll hopefully get a shiney new journal up and post some arts and maybe a few photos :3

Not quite dead yet

Holy crap, it's been AGES since I last updated this thing oO So... where do I start?

First off, I hope you all had a good Christmas/New Year ^^ I did 8D I now has a DS and Pokemon Diamond xD

To update my last journal, Bruce was accepted by the shelter. I'm not sure what's happened to him, but he's not in the shelter anymore. I can only hope he's gone to a new home. My thumb is almost completely healed. It's still a tiny bit numb but that should get better when my nail grows out straight.

Staying with animals, some of you guys already know, but we now have 2 black kittens called Lenny and Pearl :3 They're about 5 months old now but still adorably adorable x3 I also have a pet rat called smudge... I'm really gonna have to post pics of them all.

As for my life, I finally got a job in november :3 I now work for a pet shop ^^ I'm still in training, and probably will be for most of this year. It's a great job though and I'm having fun with it all ^^

So where have I been? Well work has kept me busy but otherwise... just sorting out my life I suppose

I sort of had the worst depression of my life so far, and I'm only just getting over it :/ But I hate talking about this sorta stuff, so moving on...

ART!! I have a ton of pictures still to finish (since I havn't touched my tablet pen in ages). My inspiration is returning slowly so I will have new stuff up soon ^^ I've also started drawing people! And they're not stick figures omg! I'll have to upload sketches in my scraps soon so you can see :3

...which leads nicely on to my scanner and camera... or lack of D| I can't get either working on either of my computers ¬¬ SO I'm looking for a new scanner... HELP!!

Anyone got any recommendations?

I tried a couple of times to return to being active, both of which failed terribly D| I honestly don't know when I'll be fully active again, but I am still floating around. I am also working on all the art I owe and will have most of it up soon ^^

The Pain :(

Today, I was bitten by my dog

He got my thumb and bit through the nail... not fun. Luckily I didn't need stiches, I'm just on a course of antibiotics and painkillers. It's painfully numb... if that makes sense, and is constantly throbbing. They'll see it again weds to see how its going, Hopefully I can have this irritating bandage off.

Really, I'm not so worried about my thumb. I'm only able to do things with one hand, but thats just an irritation. Trouble is, my dog is now being sent back to the shelter we got him from

As much as I love him, I suppose it makes sense. He has bitten before and we don't really have the time or money to sort him out. I'm just so worried that they'll put him to sleep...

*sigh* Tomorrow's going to be difficult.

Also, an apology in advance to everyone I'm rping with. I know I've not replied in... ages, but it looks like I'll have to keep you waiting a little longer while my thumb heals. Sorry everyone

They're ALIVE!!

Ok, so I was mega bored on my week away and, as I do when I'm bored, I let my imagination run away with itself. I started to wonder what it'd be like to actually have my RP characters come to life. Apart from being totally weirded out, I thought it'd be awesome x3 Trouble is, it'd get pretty crowded, and I couldn't afford to feed all those hungry mouths. Which led me to thinking...

If you could have just one out of all of your characters come to life, which one would it be? And why?

After a lot of thought (and hours of boredom) I figured I'd probably go for Brathay, mainly coz he'd just be so damn handy to have around. I wouldn't need to feed him coz he'd go hunt and I'd have the best mode of transport ever!! I'd be super safe too, coz honestly, who's gonna threaten or steal from someone with an 18ft dragon? It would just be neat =3

So anyway, what about you guys? Who would you choose out of your lot?

I'm back...with inspiration!!

I've actually been back since last saturday, but I got ill :< I'm fine now though. I'm currenty trying to reply my rp's and drawing lots too =3 I've started again on the SS herd's bg pic which will be done soon. I've also been trying to get some of the website done. My aim is to have something up by summer, so I can return to the guild (again) more organised and able to rp more =3

Firstly, I'd like to say thank you to everyone who posted on my journals, my last one inparticular, but also any of those over the past two years of my fathers illness. I'm sorry I couldn't reply them all, but every single comment was greatly appreciated. I was touched by all the support and kind words I recieved from everyone. You're all amazing. You've helped make these past few years and these last few weeks that bit easier and have helped me cope. I hope one day I can do something to repay the kindness and support you've all given me. My dad lost his battle against cancer today. He passed away in the early hours of this morning. He went in to a sort of coma about 5 days ago. The doctor was amazed he lasted as long as he did. He always was a fighter. It's hard to think he won't be around any more. I wish I had more time with him, but I feel blessed to have had the time that I did. He always gave me so much confidence. He was and will always be my hero. Without his love and guidance I wouldn't be the person I am today. He meant so much to so many people. I am so thankful that he was my dad. I love you so much dad, and I always will. I miss you.
